Premier Paintless Dent Removal Training
Why learn from us?
We have a successful teaching method that unconditionally ingrains in you, the fundamentals of PDR Basics. We are aware that there are great trainers in the world that are worthy of your instruction. Frankly, their reputation for training within the industry is what has fueled our teaching innovations. The scrutiny to withhold the integrity of PDR, from other technicians and trainers alike, has pushed us to create a program that will yield a fine technical operator. If we have the opportunity to teach you PDR, we will not take what you’ve asked us to do lightly. In many cases, you are asking for the training that will have direct impact on the quality of your family's well-being.
We have a plan for your growth and know how to implement it. We know how frustrating it can be to do the simplest tasks in PDR. It is so frustrating in fact that we’ve decided to dedicate our entire course curriculum to those simple tasks. We feel that anyone is pre-wired to perform PDR. We just need to install our own five star applications. We intend to do this through repetitive exercises in all the applicable procedures of PDR. Through our continuous exercises, our method is meant to trigger a subliminal response from the trainee. When you see a dent, you will grab a tool and fix it.
The beginning phase of PDR learning will feel awkward and unnatural. You’ll be sore, you’ll see dents in your sleep, and you’ll be confused about your life choices. Thankfully, the end result of our process will produce smooth and effortless simple dent removal. Eventually you will repair dings without conscious effort. We are training your body to evoke PDR Muscle Memory.
Our theories for teaching, learning and growing within this great automotive trade industry, lies within our signature instructional method, referred to as PDRMM (Paintless Dent Repair Muscle Memory.)
We are going to break down the dent repair to its individual elements. Each element will then be taught through the hand to eye relationship that trains your brain to perform any skill or function. Then, through repetition, slow exaggerated movements and fun applications of the fundamentals, we will piece together this entire process. It will be intense as well as frustrating; but, it will be possible. We will live in a world of slight discomfort as you reach everyday for a larger piece of your goal. We believe the finest learning resides in this place of struggle. We are meant to be working in an uncomfortable place. As Daniel Coyle states in The Little Book of Talent, (and I’m paraphrasing) this uncomfortable area of training is known as “The Sweet Spot.” This area is where the brain is learning at its finest. This is your brain creating circuitry for this new task or talent. There is evidence of this in every “hot bed of talent.” A “hot bed,” as Coyle calls it, are the facilities worldwide that consistently produce great swimmers, tennis players, golfers, violinists, etc. Their success, he contends, is not a result of naturally blessed prodigies, but because of the “hot bed’s” daily commitment to deliver perfection in their performance of the fundamentals. PDR Basic’s is in full agreement.
The only goal there is for a PDR Basic’s trainee is:
A career of continuous defying of perceived limits, through the execution of perfect PDR fundamentals.
Let us now begin.
